Modified Beep Test 21
The modified beep test, was different compared to the last time we did it. Last time it was 1 run 3 breaks and now it was 1 run 1 break. So it was more challenging but obviously, i was up for it. It was pretty good. I kept my pattern and i think i should work on my speed, and keeping up with runnging for a long period of time.
