Fitness Day Journal!

Hill run for me was just to much, i dont think i can handle running up hills. Its always been my disadvantage like in the beginning of the year, when we went to the grass area and ran up that, in sections of 3. It was hard, but this was harder, i think its because i cant take the pressure of the hill pushing down on me. I would rather run a flat surface, but then your body doesnt get that pressure and force building up. This fitness wasnt my best, and im not really proud of it. But i will get better at hill runs.
