Fitness Day Journal!
Friday. March 1,2013.
 Insanity
On Friday we did insanity as our fitness activity. Which was great for me, because i love insanity. I didnt rest, when i felt tired, and i didnt go get water, when i was thirsty. I maintained by focus and speed as well as force and power. Even though i cant do push up, so when it came to that part instead of waiting or stretching, i planked. That was probably one of the biggest things, i couldnt do, and it didnt come in my way at all. I was really worked up, if only i had taken a photo, but i will next time.
