During P.E this semester, I have
shown a variety of things, from preparedness to positive attitude. I obviously
come prepared to class, with my strip. And I show a lot of determination, and I
am willing to try my best. No matter how challenging or hard an activity is. I
give my 100 percent probably the majority of the time. I am not going to lie,
sometimes I just feel like I don’t want to do it. But I don’t let that stand in
my way. After all my gym class is period 4, the last class of the day. When
everyone is tried and we just want to go home. Even though I try all the time
my overall best efforts are usually on fitness days because, push myself to the
limits and I can stretch my fitness strength to get better, because I can
compare to my other fitness days. I bring good energy into this class and I am
really good and interacting with other students (especially my friends). My challenging
but yet favourite fitness activity is the beep test because I push myself every
time to do higher than I did before and I always end up getting there. And
every other fitness day helps me prepare for that one day. For this year my
fitness goal is to get 9.3 on the beep test, because I know I am capable of
doing it, but I need practice. Leadership means taking action into your own
hands and leading everything to success. I think the best leaders in our class
our probably for me it’s my friends because they push me to my limits and give
that extra push that it takes to be at the top. I think the one thing I need to
improve on is my fitness level, because I know I can do better but I am not
able to go as far as I wish I could. I am proud of everything I achieve in gym
as an active learner. I think I deserve a G and an A, and for the reasons
above.
