Pond Run
One the day of the pond run, the weather wasnt that bad. It was a bit chilly at first but once that whistle blew and i started run. You didnt feel cold at all, infact you felt hot. For this fitness day i tried to keep the patteren of 1 min run and 1 min walk but sometimes, when i ran so hard my chest would really hurt (asthma) which only gets bad when im sick. But i still ran, and then i took a 1 min and 15 sec break. That was when i couldnt handle the speed at which we were going, but overall i was 1 min on and 1 min off.And when we had a break to walk, i would walk really slow, i think it was because i was tired, because i ran. Overall it was a good fitness day, and i tried as hard as i could!
