Hill run

Sept 10 was the first hill run of the year. I personally hate running up hills because its hard but it does stretch the muscles out and gives you strength. It builds up courage and determination. I went up 8 times my goal is to get 10 by the end of the year, I tried really hard and I was really sweaty me and jeevin were running together because we have around the same fitness level and we both pushed each other to our very best. It was very exhausting, I'm glad I got 8 but I know next time I will get 10 for sure.
