Fitness on Tuesday was pretty fun. I enjoyed it, because it gave my muscles a good stretch. After fitness my face was burning red I could feel the heat. My thighs were sore for 2 days after that I couldn't walk or sit properly. My legs got some great exercise and I felt very engerized during the fitness. I found the squats and lunges two of the most important exercises of that day. I enjoyed this fitness activity because I got a leg workout. Most workouts I do require mostly leg movement because that's the most important part of my body I like to get worked out.
